This certificate is issued as verification that the Service Facility and associated locations were assessed and found to comply with the IECEx Scheme requirements, relating to the type and scope of service listed above. This certificate is granted subject to the conditions as set out in IECEx Scheme Rules, IECEx 03 and Operational Documents as amended.
